By accessing and using the Professional Medical Imaging Review platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Our Service provides second opinion radiological reviews of medical imaging studies uploaded by patients. The Service includes:

• Secure upload of medical imaging files (X-Ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound)
• Professional review by board-certified radiologists
• Written radiological reports delivered via email
• Patient portal access to submission history

3. Medical Disclaimer

This Service provides second opinions only and does NOT replace your primary physician's care.

• Our reviews are educational in nature and should be discussed with your treating physician
• This is not an emergency service. For medical emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room
• Our radiologists do not establish a doctor-patient relationship through this service
• We do not provide treatment recommendations or prescriptions
• Always consult with your primary healthcare provider before making medical decisions

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and submission
• Upload only your own medical imaging studies or those for which you have legal authorization
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions

5. Payment Terms

Fees for radiological reviews are as follows:

• X-Ray Review: $100
• Ultrasound Review: $200
• CT Scan Review: $300
• MRI Review: $400

Payment is required before file upload. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable once your imaging has been reviewed.

6. Privacy and Data Security

We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal health information. Key points include:

• All data transmissions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols
• Your medical imaging and personal information are stored securely
• We comply with applicable healthcare privacy regulations

7. Turnaround Time

We strive to complete reviews within 24-48 hours. However, turnaround times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Factors affecting review time may include:

• Complexity of the imaging study
• Current submission volume
• Holidays and weekends

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific review in question
• We are not responsible for any medical decisions or outcomes resulting from your use of our Service

9. Intellectual Property

The radiological reports we provide are for your personal use only. You may not:

• Reproduce or distribute the reports for commercial purposes
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Claim authorship of the radiological interpretation

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse or harass our staff
